With a career spanning back to 1992, Matty Ramon has been an integral part of the Urban MO’s team from the very beginning. Starting as a host, Matt worked his way up to become co-owner and GM of the establishment. Matt brings high energy and creative ideas to Urban MO’s and is always finding a way for the business to be bigger and better than ever. He has made significant contributions to the community by creating a variety of successful events. Additionally, Matt is actively involved in the community’s growth, serving on the board of the Hillcrest Business Association. Matty’s vision for Urban MO’s is to create a welcoming home for the community, a place where everyone can come to have fun and feel safe being themselves.

Jesse Greika, known by many as GLITZ GLAM, is a gender-fluid artist and entertainer with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality, restaurant, and nightclub industries. Jesse is deeply involved in the community and has worked with numerous organizations to raise awareness and funds to combat the stigma surrounding HIV. Beginning as an on-call host in 2011, Jesse’s dedication and hard work have led to the role of Senior Manager at Urban MO’s. Their passion for creating a welcoming environment for guests has contributed to the MO’s family atmosphere. Jesse is excited to continue creating unforgettable memories for all guests who walk through the doors of Urban MO’s.

His expertise in, social media, and marketing trends has helped Urban MO’s stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry. Miguel is driven by his passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the community. He takes pride in being a part of a team that genuinely cares about its guests and the LGBTQ+ community.
